axleboy I see the Uggs are on the way back to me. I wish you would have contacted me directly instead of opening up a case with Poshmark. Most all sellers on Poshmark prefer open communication with buyers if there is any issue. I ordered new insoles from Nordstrom. I would have ordered them and had them sent to you. I didn’t have any idea they didn’t have insoles. Thank you.

izzyfinnegan I see you opened a case via poshmark for the Foreo Luna sensitive skin i recently sold you. I am a bit confused why you did this, the product is EXACTLY as described and in perfect condition. I would have really appreciate if you contacted me directly with any concerns you had, if any.

annahennage @izzyfinnegan Hi, thanks for the comment. I did not open the package. I opened my mailbox and the package was already open and the product was missing. So someone either stole it or it fell out. The package was not sealed with tape so I am assuming the adhesive opened on its own during transit. Again, I did not open the package, I received an open and empty envelope. I would never lie about something like this and have purchased from poshmark many times and this has never happened. Thank you.

izzyfinnegan @annahennage hi Anna. Thanks so much for getting back to me. I am so sorry that happened to you- was the charger in the mesh jewelry pouch also missing? That is so unfortunate- I am so sorry, really don’t know what happened there - when i sent the package (from my work post office) it was securely packaged and contained. Lets wait to hear from poshmark on next steps!
