4simplyamanda Hi there, very sorry about your item arriving broken. I definitely didn’t send it that way. I am going to alert my post office and your local post office (post master general) as well. Did you see scratches on the actual gold parts or was it only on the plastic packaging? If you did , then it was tampered with because it is brand new. I never opened it and I am very concerned about how this happened. I think I have a copy of the label. I will contact USPS tomorrow. Thanks so much 😊
