envy_boutique Hi Anthony. You recently rated a basin and range jacket only a four due to packaging and cleanliness. Can you please explain what you were not pleased with specifically? We take our ratings seriously. The item was washed before shipping. Only worn twice since purchase and should have been wrapped in tissue with a thank you sticker and a business card. We would like to know if this was not the case. Thanks and thanks for shopping.
