cinderellashine @blkstrawberry That is the postage due to you. Please accept your package. When you return a bundle of 10, it means I would need to re-photograph them and list them. If you have already sent it back....well, shucks. My profit margin is quite slim. Interactions like this have unintended repercussions that are not in the spirit of POSH.

blkstrawberry @cinderellashine I was charged a shipping fee at checkout. I was not made aware at any point I would be made to pay additional shipping fees upon delivery. As you could imagine I was shocked to see the fee. Had I known maybe other arrangements or an adjustment to the order would have been made. Respectfully, your approach was not very POSH like.

blkstrawberry @cinderellashine these are the instructions per posh : If you are being asked to pay additional postage, it is likely that the package is overweight or the wrong box was used for shipping. If you receive a package with additional postage due upon delivery, we recommend refusing the package. It will be delivered back to the seller and we can issue them a new label so that they can repackage and reship the item to you. Please let me know how you wish to proceed.
