agallegirl @feldnershop yes it is :( I bought 4 dresses 1 night -3 separate listings ingemarch --- there are many accounts with that name and different numbers at the end. 2 orders I just cancelled after I didnt receive - and I got my money right back - but one had an actual legit usps tracking number - thankfully I live in a small town and my postmaster found the package - and it was not even addressed to my name or address - my guess if someone does get it the usps has to scan it then the payment is
