lynchab85 @meryton0110 hi! Not a problem, on your purchases page, select the purchase order and go to order inquiry. Select “item not as described” and follow the prompts from there. I have not had to process a return before but I think Poshmark will then reach out to me and I will accept the return, and they will send a shipping label to you along with a refund. Sorry again!!
