butterflyrae Hey Ashley, I received your rating the other day after sending the coat via usps, and I was rather disappointed . The coat was the same color as in the pics provided to you, and no, the coat was not stark white, but neither were the pics. The coat was clean, as well as the packaging, so if you are not happy with it, I'd rather you return it, then discredit my business and name like that. I am disabled with 3 kids, and take pride in what I do. This isn't just a hobby for me.

butterflyrae @ashley_125 Also, can I please see the stains, ?? I would have never knowingly sent them out if I knew any stains were there. I am an honest person, and try to do my best, wrap things in tissue paper and give a card. Please bf you give someone a bad review, talk with them first, don't just write bad things, it may be their only source of income, or they may have made a mistake . Thank you for your time . I hope you read my first comment above

butterflyrae @ashley_125 please get back to me about the coat , returning it, or changing my review, or I will pay for any stains / dry cleaning provided you show me the pics , I pride myself on almost all 5 star ratings , sometimes 4, but this was ridiculous

ashley_125 @butterflyrae While I appreciate your feedback, I do stand behind my comments. I gave an honest review of the item that I received. There is a large stain on the back of the coat. I disclose flaws such as this in my description / pictures to avoid any misunderstanding.

ashley_125 @butterflyrae Also the box had holes in it and was closed with scotch tape that barely kept the box together instead of packing tape. Poshmark states that the Priority Mail boxes should be used. I believe this would have made a big difference in the packaging.

butterflyrae @ashley_125 I did use priority mail, we are not required to use the box per say that says, " priority mail " on it, just the label, and like I stated, I never saw a stain, or I never would have sent it out, As far as taping goes , I ran out of the good tape, but like I said, I am disabled, I can't just run to the store, was the box opened??? Jeez girl, your harsh, ok , however you want to be, have a heart for god sakes , or if your unhappy return it

butterflyrae @ashley_125 your actually not supposed to use priority mail boxes, I just feel bf giving some one a bad rating, talk and try to resolve the issue first, this may not be your livelihood , but it's mine, 3 kids and a disability , Posh has been a blessing, if you show me the stain , I can get you a new one
