samng55 Hello Ashley, I just got an email saying they are rerouting the bag to me...it said it’s because I used the wrong package or it was overweight...which it shouldn’t since it’s a very lightweight bag...but it gave me the option to refund you the money if you want to...sorry for the inconvenience!
