kristal_ball Hello, I just wanted to update you on the order you placed with me. I have shipped it out, but it is still showing "pending usps scan." I spoke with someone about this and they said that sometimes the post office is lazy or skips the scanning of arrival and doesn't scan until it gets to its destination. I was assured that the package will arrive to you, but I will give it one more day, if it doesn't scan by tomorrow then I will open up a case as the item is insured :)) hopefully it arrives soon!

kristal_ball @greengirl610 I'm so sorry to hear that! I contacted poshmark on Friday regarding your package, and I am still waiting for their response. Hopefully I will hear from them tomorrow during business hours, I will keep you updated on everything from my end. So frustrating 💔

kristal_ball @greengirl610 I still haven't gotten a response from poshmark, but I wanted to let you know that I will be going to the post office today so they can open up a case for the insurance, and they will also have to search to see if they can locate it. Through poshmark your purchase is protected and if you don't receive your item, you will get a refund. I will continue to try to locate your package through the post office and hopefully you will get what you ordered ❤️
