ethaluve Hi Ashley, thank you for purchasing the infant lobster costume. Unfortunately I just received the email that the post office asked you for more additional postage, which they should not suppose to do that. I shipped with flat rate priority mail medium box which authorized by Poshmark (the words even shows at the bottom left on the address postage label). I'm so sorry to heard that happened. 😌

ashleybnoel @ethaluve hello! I’m glad you reached out, I wasn’t sure how I was supposed to message you. They did ask for an additional nine dollars in postage so my husband refused the package because he was unaware of what was in it. I still would really love the costume, is there a way to update the label on your end and resend it?

ethaluve @ashleybnoel Wow, of course for $9 additional I will also refuse it 😂😌. I have sent more than hundreds boxes priority mail and never have any problem maybe that mail carrier just new 😀. Anyway. sure!. when I receive back the package, i will text you a message and will go from there. Also the one that you have refuse, poshmark should put refund you for it.

ashleybnoel @ethaluve if they are new and 0-6 month like the original post, I will take whichever. From the FAQ page, it seems like there should be a way to print a label for a bigger package that way there is no confusion when it’s sent back to me. Thank you!

ethaluve @ashleybnoel Hi Ashley. I reveived the package and re listing again and write notes as reserved for Ashley (just in case you still interested) I added some pics of label too, to show as your reference in the future just in case you have problem with the post office. It stated that including Flat rate priority mail 😄 and max to 5 lbs also zone 8. If you think that you want to purchase from me i could use regular box or I highlighted the notes or i could use big envelopes.
