Hi there. Per poshmark rules you aren't supposed to give a seller a 1 star rating because the item was never delivered. You have to contact poshmark and tell them it was never delivered and they will investigate with the post office and look up the tracking number as to where your package is. The mailman not delivering your package has nothing to do with my seller rating.

@aubbreyo you can report through the app within 3 days of delivery. After that you have to email them. If you could change it, I would appreciate it because it reflects on my selling status and isn't fair to receive a poor rating over something that is not in my control. I packed/mailed your item promptly. Hopefully the package is recovered to you so you can receive your sweater. If it doesn't show up poshmark will refund you but it's unfair to rate me poorly over the post office misplacing it
