sugarandboo Hi I just got your message about the cardigan. It was actually newly washed and kept inside a airtight bag until shipment. The pilling and slight imperfections was just from the normal wear and washing. I apologize if you weren't completely happy with it. Its a lovely sweater that will be great in the fall.
