mwoehrle1 @barbarinas55 Hey there. I tried in good faith — twice — to purchase your Prada Eco clutch and was confused by your responses (no counter, then re-listing at a much higher price). FYI, I then went and purchased the exact same clutch in the same condition on Vestiaire for much less at $272. I’m sure it wasn’t your intent to make me feel jerked around, but you may want to consider a more professional approach or risk losing future clients.

closed77 @mwoehrle1 Sorry for the confusion, but I am not happy with PoshMark customer service as I am disabled and selected to use this sight to sell the multiple items that I have and can no longer use. Every item I posted was either from Neiman Marcus, Saks, Bloomingdales, Bergdorf, Cole Hahn, and Dolce and Gabbana. When Posh Mark didn’t accurately review 3 of my items…they pulled my sight and accused me of selling counterfeit items. Verification was forwarded to them from designers.

closed77 @mwoehrle1 PM reposted my things excluding those items with no apology or admitting they were incorrect. Taking photos and typing all info caused excruciating pain. Since then, I did not pursue their sight for poor business practices. Was surprised as entries are old that I receive an offer. My back ground..20years of high end retail clothing Management/15 yrs high end fine private jewelers selling Rolex,Hearts on Fire ect. Don’t deal with companies with poor customer service.
