bam9298 @miriam_nicastro yes I actually have a question...I have listed 3 items and only one is shareable. the other two items when I try to share to someone it tells me unable to share listing not published yet..I dont know why this is?

miriam_nicastro @bam9298 That’s a good question. Check your sharing settings (when you click on the bell at the bottom right) than also make sure your information is up to date, I set my daughters account up and couldn’t share until I put her info in, including the last 4 of her social.

bam9298 @miriam_nicastro as far as I can tell everything seems updated. it only shows one listing available.the other thing is it seems when I'm in my closet on the left hand side there's a tab that shows posh markets and it stays stuck on men. I can change it to all and my listing are there but not published but if I back out of it and go back it filters back to men. my girlfriend has an account and she can't seem to see an issue and hers doesn't stay stuck on one posh market like mine..

miriam_nicastro @bam9298 I haven’t seen it so that before, it should be on “All” you may need to contact support. I’m glad you can see them but you need to be able to share them!! 🙂

bam9298 @miriam_nicastro so update not sure as to what happened but it now shows my posh market to all like it should idk what I changed lol...so when I hit share to my followers it seemes as thought it shares? but like I tired to share it to my girlfriend directly and thats when it says it unpublished...it shows under my posh stats my total value and available listings is 1 of the listings..she can only see the one listing as well.

miriam_nicastro @bam9298 Well that’s better!! How long ago did you list it? I noticed that when I listed my daughters items that they were taking like a full day for me to be able to share, I could see them when I was logged in on her profile but I couldn’t see them from my profile and when I tried to share them didn’t really do anything.

bam9298 @miriam_nicastro so when I listed my first item it wasn't working so I listed another wich is the mug you can see and that worked fine. so I deleted the first listing and relisted it still nothing with that listing that was 7 hours ago according to what it says. the other two i listed and same thing as the first. I only have 4 listings and the not for sale listings posh creates so that 5 but it say I have 6 and there's not?

miriam_nicastro @bam9298 Hmmm, you have me stumped, the only other time I’ve seen this was with my daughters but the next day they all showed up. If they don’t show up tomorrow, contact tech bc I see where it says you have 6 listings and like you, I see the mug and your profile.
