mariahonfiyahh @beckybills Click the bottom right tab with your name, scroll down and click ‘my balance’ and then tap on ‘Redeemable’ you can choose either Direct Deposit or Check. Your funds won’t be redeemable until your buyer has confirmed they received the item. Hope that helps!

mariahonfiyahh @beckybills Yes, once your buyer receives the item they will have a button to press to accept the item. Once they press that, Poshmark will release your money to you and that’s when you are able to redeem the money through a bank account or check. If your balance moves from pending to redeemable and it still doesn’t allow you to set it up I would contact Poshmark support.
