denardodawn Hello. Be happy you didnt purchase those Christian loubatin from heathersthreads.She is a scammer.I purchased her fake "Christian loubatin " leopard heels.It was peeling and tearing etc.I got my money back from Poshmark.Just warning people because It was low down dirty of her.

vitadmd Hi. Didn’t want to give you a bad rating for this and just didn’t feel like going through the trouble of a return but the Mac liner purchased was in fact used, evidenced by the appearance of pencil tip. It was also shimmery, not matte. If you are able to replace or refund, it would be an appreciated professional gesture.

belle5272 @vitadmd I took meticulous photos since the lipliner tip arrived from MAC dented - it was sharpened slightly so it was suitable for resale. MAC describes Dervish as MATTE so that was how I described it since I couldn’t speak from experience. I will look into how to reimburse you bc I don’t want you to feel as if you were misled. This is the 1st issue I’ve had so I will look into how to reimburse you. TY for the chance to make things right.

belle5272 @vitadmd Hi there- Just an update for you- Poshmark customer service denied my request to refund your money for the lipliner - they said once it’s been accepted they don’t reverse the order. However - if I can make it up to you somehow I am happy to do so. If there is another item you’d like in my closet of comparable value I’d be happy to send that to you - and I’ll pay the shipping. You purchased the liner for $11 - so if you can find something for $15 or under that you like let me know

vitadmd @belle5272 Thanks. Very kind of you to go through the trouble. The color is great and don’t mind using resharpened. It’s just very pearly which I don't use. If you have a matte one that would be great. I'll take a look. I saw that you have a perfect rating and this is why.
