Hi! I checked the tracking on the Chaco sandals and it says they’ve been delivered to a P.O. Box in Birmingham, AL. I live in Illinois. Could you tell me what is going on?

The tracking number on Poshmark is 9405511109349802602827. And that tracking is shown that the package is delivered and to a P.O. Box

@jasminecrider I am aware of the issue and I am contacting the post office to ask them what the issue is. There is no reason they should have been sent to a PO Box in Birmingham I don't have a PO Box I printed your lable off and shipped to you. When I Get a response I will update you. Again I am so sorry and hopefully we can get this resolved ASAP.

@jasminecrider The postal worked scanned several packages wrong yesterday and yours happened to be one of them. She is reprocessing the order and it should be out to delivery asap. I will keep watch on this and again I am so sorry. Please let me know if I can do anything else for you.
