mbuenaventura27 @mama_b_7 That is very disappointing to hear, and I am sorry that you’re going through the same “delay.” In my line of work, which I deal with the ins and outs and highs and lows of shipping via UPS, FedEx and USPS, ‘pre-shipment’ quite simply means the package has not been received by the freight company, but rather only a shipping label has been created. Often, “lost in transit” packages would have made it to the facility within the city of origin at the very least...
