If there is something in particular you are looking for let me know. makeup71 I just want to let everyone know that they may see the same product listed twice, with different prices. This is because I use my discount for cash and carry items and my discount is determined by the size of the order. If I have an amazing week in sales then my prices will be lower than if I have a crummy week in sales.

makeup71 @mjmovenow I replied to YOUR email with the photo of the tracking number receipt. I also sent it as I typed the address in. I got mine back as I CC'ed myself. It did not come back to me as returned. It will say created until it leaves our post office as it is a rural office open from 1 to 3 pm.

makeup71 @mjmovenow We own a business and send out invoices and product every day and things will show up so sent to the next facility between 4 and 6 pm every night. Maybe you want to check your spam file but I will attempt it one more time. I could not create a label unless the post office did it, I do not use a mailer here at the farm/ranch.

mjmovenow I sent Poshmark an email earlier today asking them how to stop the return (I'd never asked for a return in the first place and since you said you'd ship the missing piece before Poshmark made a decision on the case I think Poshmark should've just marked the case resolved and not started a return). As soon as I hear back from Poshmark I'll let you know.

mjmovenow @makeup71 I think I was able to have the case dismissed so you should receive payment and I should receive the missing first aid kit in the mail this Saturday (per USPS tracking info.). I'll let you know if any other issues arise (I hope none do). :)

stephi813 I placed an order on November 17th. On November 23rd you put that you are out until the 27th. It is the 27th now. My order hadn't shipped prior which was more than enough time, is still awaiting shipment. I created a bundle and I paid on my end immediately. No word from anyone, I don't want to wait another 3-10 days to get my money back would just like it to please ship immediately.

makeup71 @stephi813 I am very sorry about the delay. I will ship it today. My family was hit with covid quite Badly and we ended up in the hospital for quite a stent. I got home Wednesday afternoon and will be shipping out today. My daughter that was home did not understand how to use the system at all but was able to put it on vacation with a little help from you tube. I am sorry and please accept my free gift for your patience.

I'm already at 2 weeks and it hasn't shipped. I told poshmark I made contact and to not cancel my order. Is there an update?

makeup71 @stephi813 I did ship it (Friday at 1:13 pm) and I isn’t tracking for some stupid reason but I am assuming if you don’t get it tomorrow it will be there Wednesday. I notified posh mark and let them know it wasn’t tracking and got a message saying it should start tracking at its next scan site. I will call my post office in the morning and have them double check it. Occasionally I have had people get the package before it tracked, not often but it does happen.

makeup71 @stephi813 I have checked and my post master checked and cannot find where the package is tracking. So she recommended I fill out a form that basically flags it as lost as what I did was have Monat drop ship out the products direct to you as well (ASAP) in you can shoot me an email at b k r e n z @ I c l o u d . c o m I will send you the confirmation and tracking from Monat. If you get the initial package (great) and if you don't you will still have your product . :)
