rachellgardner7 Hi, I am new to Poshmark, and I just received a Valentino bag in the mail (8/3) and I did not realize when I bid on it- it would automatically be sent to me. Our mail was on hold-j out or town. I would like to return it for a refund -It was a mistake to order.,I initially thought it was black /dark gray and it is a lighter gray and seems is not leather and I did not have permission to use the debit card as I am a minor. Please contact me as to how to return the item for a refund Thank you.

bythis123 @rachellgardner7 Hi, First, I do feel bad that you misunderstood the terms/workings of a Poshmark transaction. I'm actually new to Poshmark myself. Obviously, i did not know you did not intend to present a bindng offer nor did i know you were a minor. I was just trying to deliver the item timely. Second, I like to clarify that the bag is LEATHER. This was the description of the bag when I bought it "Valentino by Mario Valentino Studded Leather Saddle Bag".

bythis123 @rachellgardner7 to continue...Third, I have already contacted Poshmark to see if we can resolve this where I get my bag back (in pristine condition as I have sent it) and you get your full refund without either of us losing monetarily. I hope Poshmark can do something. Lastly, I really don't think I did anything wrong in this scenario where I should receive a low star rating. In any case, I will try my best to see if we can have a mutually beneficial solution to this. Thank you and

bythis123 @rachellgardner7 Please do understand my situation. I have followed the Poshmark terms obviously not knowing that the offer was not an intentional one. I don't think I deserved the low rating whether or not Poshmark will allow us to reverse the transaction. Thank you.
