bnicols72 @aforeverlylove Hi! I have not received a label. Is there someone specific you are dealing with? Someone reached out named Chelsea and asked that I send a photo of the incorrect item. She also said that they have to make an exception because too many days have passed.

aforeverlylove @bnicols72 thats the posh employee who is dealing with the claim. that's strange because the email I got says they sent both you and the other buyer a new shipping label and that tracking will begin once you both print it out put it on the box and pop it in the mail. did she attach the shipping label as a file to the email or anything? maybe she is waiting on confirmation of the item to be sure. did you send the pic of the wrong bag?

aforeverlylove @bnicols72 hi again. just wanted to see if it's shown up? I haven't heard anything from the other buyer, she hasn't been active since Dec 9th but I wanted to see if she could tell me when she shipped the Fanny pack to you. the last tracking info I have says it was "delivered to Oxnard CA" but I'm unsure if that's tracking for the first time you were sent the wrong bag. is that even your town? Oxnard?

bnicols72 @aforeverlylove Poshmark refunded my money because they said the other buyer never shipped it. Im so sad because I really wanted it for my daughter. Im really bummed that people are not honest.

aforeverlylove @bnicols72 I am so so sorry! wow! so she kept the blue Fanny and got her purse courtesy of you 😩 I am so sorry, that makes my heart so sad 😓 I've been messaging her and that makes sense why she hasn't been active! she probably won't be back on posh then 🙄 I'm going to block her. I dont want to ever do business with a dishonest person like that.

aforeverlylove @bnicols72 brandey!! the other buyer JUST sent me an email! she said she is a new posher and thought that posh would send her the shipping label through the app, I told her it should be in her email and she said she just found it and she is so sorry she is going to ship it out tomorrow. so hopefully it still gets to you!

I'm not sure how it works on posh end since they did reimburse hahah so who knows 🤦‍♀️🙈 I wish posh would've been more clear or when this happens to send a notification through both the app and email since most poshers seem to think everything goes through the app on stuff like this, not necessarily email 🤷‍♀️
