bpwilley @mbk27 ok question for this Sunday. I did not edit the shipping (which is weird it seems like it makes you on a bundle or an offer) the buyer caught it, I cancelled the order to start over. The sold did not come off, unable to offer with shipping discount. What do I need to do? Please and thank you brandy

psychfan27 @bpwilley That’s very odd but when it’s a bundle, you don’t have to offer a shipping discount. When you make an offer to someone who likes your item, you must offer a shipping discount. I would message the buyer and let her know what happened and then resend her an offer with the discount. Hopefully they will understand what happened. If that doesn’t help or fix it, message poshmark and they will help Further. But you should be able to resend the offer with the shipping discount.

psychfan27 @bpwilley go into the last tab at the bottom. This is where your closet is and status. Go down to the bottom and look for where it says support and contact us. That’s where you’ll see the tab for it. Just follow the prompts and then you’ll be able to contact them.

buyer2288 Hi you made a purchase from me for the black bra top, when I pulled it out to pack it up I noticed some discoloration on the buckles for the straps. I'm going to cancel the order and relist the item with pics of discoloration and a lower price. I didn't want to sent it to you with the discoloration. I'm really sorry but I want to make sure people know exactly what they're getting from me and I dont recall the buckles looking like this when I packed it up for storage.

psychfan27 @bpwilley So what you do is, if someone likes a few things in your closet, go into your closet, click the bundle icon on that item, and then search for their name and then it will go into a bundle. Then go into your closet icon ( far right on bottom), click on bundles and then go into the sell, not the buy. And then you’ll see the bundle. Go to the bottom and it will show every item they have liked in your closet. Then click on the bundle icon on each of them, and there is your full bundle.
