joiememe It measures across the back from pit to pit at end almost 24 and 1/2 in. That's measuring it from the exterior of course Where the Fur is but I tried to get in to it as accurate as possible. Again keep in mind that it is very flexible because of the two hooks and how the cut is in front. If you have any further questions please feel free to ask and thank you so much for your interest!!!
