Hey girl, I receive the ordered. However, I tried on the right shoe and it fit so I accepted the order, later on I was going to wear them and the left shoe did not fit which was strange. I took out the insole and the right shoe is a size 8 (as stated on your description, but the left shoe is a size 7. I have contacted customer service
