cmwharris Hi! I received my order of the red Jambus last night and LOVED THEM EVEN MORE IN PERSON. Today is the first time to wear the shoes. I've had them on for 2.5 hrs now. The right shoe's sole has completely disintegrated. The heel has broken off in bits. I own about 15 pairs of Jambus and have been buying them for about 8 years now and have never had this to happen. IDK how or why this pair has done this. Msg 1.

cmwharris Our parking lot is covered in that white-slag gravel. I have walked maybe 40-50 feet from my Jeep to the door of my building. As I'm walking across my office floor, I thought I stepped in gum when it felt like I was not walking on a smooth bottom shoe. I can send pictures of both soles, if you like. Can you help me? Msg 2.

cmwharris @brianabl PM emailed me a label to mail them back but it wasn't sent to me until later Fri afternoon. I could not get to the post office that day because of a previous appt. I'm mailing them tomorrow.

cmwharris @brianabl The message said to please mail by Sunday😳 We live in a rural area and it's not that quick for us. I'll get them sent tomorrow. Maybe it won't be too late. But they didn't email me the label until after 2pm that day.
