bribell101 @minedthemanor Hi! Thank you so much for the warm welcome! So I have a Louis Vuitton backpack listed. My mom got it for me for Christmas last year, and she has told me it's authentic. A women purchased it already, and it is now being sent to Poshmark's concierge. If they declare it authentic do they send it straight to the buyer? And if they declare in non-authentic do they send it back to me? Thank you for your help!

minedthemanor @bribell101 You have three hours to cancel the order. Go to my account, my purchases, problems/orders (or something like that) button, and then there should be a cancel option. Let me know if that doesn't work. If a buyer doesn't ship after 7 days you can cancel your order on the 8th day.

minedthemanor If you used the my offer feature you have to ask the seller if they will cancel. Accidental purchases only are able to be cancelled. Most sellers are understanding if you ask!

minedthemanor @bribell101 I'm not sure that you can cancel it....you can try? It's your choice if it will let you unless you already shipped it. I accidentally ordered the wrong size phone case twice! And both sellers were kind enough to allow a cancel. Good customer service would be to cancel if you can, you would keep a potential buyer for the future, but ultimately it's your choice😊. If Posh won't let you cancel I would email them and ask? I can ask my Posh wise mentor!
