bns4424 Hello, you recently received my order in error. This was for my daughter, who was extremely excited about getting them for her first day of school(which didn't happen as that is today). I know you received a label to have it sent to me and wanted to see if you would be doing the right thing as I had sent the item I received in error(your order) to you. I understand the inconvenience, but this small task would certainly make a young girl happy.

ramseygreeneyes @bns4424 as I exclaimed to the person who messed up our order. I had no way of printing the label. That is why I requested a refund. I have had to find someone to print it the label for me and I am hoping to get it in the mail today or tomorrow. I don't appreciate your attitude towards me when none of this was my fault.

bns4424 @ramseygreeneyes it wasn't an attitude. as I said, I understand the inconvenience and that it wasn't your fault. I truly was just trying to see if I may still receive the items or not. Honestly, had I known you were having issues with printing I would have gladly printed the second slip and placed it in the order I sent to you.
