Hi! to answer your question in regards to the black coat I have absolutely no idea what the clasps are for. I did buy the coat as is and bought it double the price I sold it for. I got it for my daughter and since the coat was fitting on her she never really cared about those clasp things. So hopefully you enjoy the coat and thanks again for purchasing it.🥰

@contemporarypea Thanks for letting me know!! I think sometimes they just miss the initial scan and it shows up later in the system. If I receive the package but the tracking info never shows up, I will definitely let you know! If it doesn’t show up after a week or two and the tracking info doesn’t update, maybe we can follow up with the shipping company. Thanks again for reaching out!!
