sarahstyle123 Hi Brittney, while packaging the North Face I realized the listing said new & it was suppose to say (like-new, near new). I bought b/c I loved the color & hoody. But it didn't fit me & I washed it once b/c it had been in my closet. Next order you will get 50% off any item for the flaw in the listing.
