bgallos Hey! I just had a return due to a broken palette in shipment. This is my first time selling makeup. If there is any problem with yours and the Aurora palette is broken, please let me know. I would be happy to refund you through $app, or zelle, or any alternative if you would rather not go through posh for the return and want to keep the lip kit and whatever can be salvaged of the highlight. Just send a pic of the palette if it is broken!
