wrightconnie Hi! I’m still very new to Posh mark. I received my item and it’s in great condition, clean, and well packaged. Thank you for that! The size seems off (maybe it’s the brand) and it’s extremely small. I don’t want to mark the item as unsatisfactory (as in you sold an item that was of low quality). Do people even refund or exchange items of the size is wrong? Or do they just purchase and keep? I’m sorry I had to message you this way, I didn’t see a way to message the buyer.

brookedejong @wrightconnie Hi Connie! I’m so bummed that it doesn’t fit! It seemed like you were excited to wear this shirt. As long as the size is listed correctly, an item cannot be returned for size 🙁 When this happens to me (and it does happen quite often, even when I ask for measurements!), I just relist the item on Poshmark. It’s a beautiful shirt, and someone else will want it! You can use my photos of the shirt for resell if you want. I hope we can work together again 😊
