hurdles5 Hi Brynn, just read the product review on the purse you had purchased and were disappointed with . Prior to shipping there were no signs of wear or damage. styles_dancer12 @hurdles5 I appreciate the offer. I just recently tried to get the scuff marks off, and I was able to clean it. My guess the scuff came form the bag rubbing too much on the box during shipping.
