I am a newbie to Poshmark. Have a little experience selling on Facebook but meeting up with people was awkward/inconvenient.
It looks like an awesome site - I had a few questions - How long can items stay on the site?
How am I protected from a buyer that wants to return an item?
Am I able to talk to to potential buyers through email or just through the app? I prefer buyers not to have my email

@gibsoncd First, Poshmark allows items to stay up for sale indefinitely. Secondly, make sure your item is described with detailed descriptions, pictures, measurements and disclosure of any possible flaws. You can also video the packaging of your sold item to prove the condition it was in when you mailed it to your buyer. Lastly, never give your email out, only have transactions on the Poshmark site. @gibsoncd sorry it took me a while to get back to you. Generally if a buyer added an item to their bundle they have taken an extra step to let you know they are interested in purchasing. You are also able to message that person privately through the bundle page.

I went into the Bundle tab and a gal named mzendi
Had said she bundled the boots I was offering
So I asked her if she was still interested in purchasing
I thought bundles were if they wanted to buy more than one thing from one person - does bundle mean they want to buy muliple items from different poshmark sellers? Like from a posh party?

@gibsoncd yes they can bundle multiple items from your closet for better shipping. But sometimes they hit the wrong button, or just want to converse privately about the product. If you have messaged them, I suggest waiting for a response. Buyers also like to wait on items till they are able to purchase.
