shopamyscloset Hi Callie! I’m sorry you were unhappy with the condition of your Crocs 😕. I thought you knew from the photos (all dirt was shown in photos) and item description (can be easily cleaned) that they would need a bit of cleaning. I hope at least the packaging, Thank You note, and little gift were ok.
