candacebrake @tamara_hartsook The first ten pounds are the most difficult to lose. You're just going to have to step up to the plate and do it. White meat, white cheese, leafy greens, brown or wild rice, etc., NO bread! Once those ten pounds are gone, you can return to some of your favorite foods with portion control and moderate activity. Sixty minutes a day is all you need to start burning those calories. Get a fit bit or a smart watch.

Yes, you did post pictures of the tags; however, I did not inspect them bcuz I had no reason to doubt the authenticity of the item. You said it was H-D, so I trusted it was. I've worn Harley Davidson brand clothing for 30 years but have never experienced a knock-off.
