hilldejon @carlalavarado Hi. Do you mind providing proof of purchase? Such as receipt; without of course divulging any personal information. Granted the bag looks brand new and never used before. I also agree you packed it perfectly. However, I have carried Coach bags for almost 40 years and have never had an issue with the emblem detaching from one of their bags. I am just questioning authenticity. I also noticed the registration card was not included.
