robynbodenhamer I just received my shipment today. It was the wrong dress... do you still have the one that I paid for?? It was a 3t Lilly that was pink with butterflies & flowers on it.. the one I received was pink with big yellow/white flowers

bisbano @robynbodenhamer I believe they sent you a return slip once you send that out they will credit your money back. They may have already done that. I have the correct one packaged and ready to go but I need them to send me the shipping label and I don’t think they will do that until you do the first part. Either way we will get you your dress in time.

robynbodenhamer @bisbano I got the return label printed today.. will send it out tomorrow...will I have to rebuy the other one or will they just apply my money to the one I originally purchased? Also I got free shipping on the original order will I get it this time since it wasn’t my fault?

bisbano @robynbodenhamer Have they credited you your money back? They should also include what you paid for shipping. You will have to purchase the item again so that they will generate a label for me to ship to you. If you can do that today, I’ll be able to ship it today.

robynbodenhamer @bisbano I still haven’t heard anything back from them.. it said that the order would be cancelled and I would be refunded when you receive the item back.. I want the other dress but I shouldn’t have to pay shipping since it wasn’t my fault.. that’s what I’m waiting for an answer on..
