@carliana Hi Carliana, Welcome to PM and looking art my items. I am sorry I can’t accept $15 for the J Lo dress. The tags are still on it for $80 plus. Being new, u probably don’t realize that PM takes 20% off of a sale and a flat fee of $3 on anything under $15. So I would make $12 on the dress. I wish I could do it but I can’t. I did counter u. Thanks for understanding.

@carliana, Perhaps there is something wrong with the picture on your phone or computer. You are the only person in over 600 sales that says my color was not as described. U r my first 4 star rating. I think u r upset because I wouldn’t sell a $70 J Lo Dress with tags on it to u for $15. Take all the pics u want. I make sure after everything I photo, that it IS as DESCRIBED.

@carliana If u feel u need to open a case against me, then do so. And no you didn’t say it was still a beautiful dress. I want my customers to be happy and all of them are, so if u want to return the dress, do it and I will give u your $$ back. I can sell that dress for $50, and almost did last week, but the girls credit wouldn’t go thru. Thank u so much. I do feel bad that u r not happy.

@balticqueen ma’am.... I’m not opening a case. Poshmark asked if I received the item which I said yes. They also asked to give you a star rating . I gave you 4 out of 5 because the color wasn’t the same. I still like the dress and I received it on time. I’m sorry that you were offended that I gave you four stars and commented that the color wasn’t exact. Doesn’t mean I’m not happy with my purchase. No need to be on the defense and I’m not attacking you. Thank you.

@balticqueen you continue to say the dress is $70...which is true, that was the original price, but the dress you sent has a yellow clearance sticker on it that was half removed, so you keep saying the dress was $70 , but how much did you purchase it for? Why would I be upset that you wouldn’t sell if for $15? Poshmark had an option to offer, so that’s what I did you didn’t accept it and I moved in, but later you dropped the price so that’s when I decided to purchase it, without any problem.

@carliana I never did see the message that you said the dress was still beautiful, I do now. I am sorry to be defensive, but I do put so much time into listing my items, trying to list correctly, be honest, AND mostly I want my customers to be happy, I felt bad that u weren’t. The color on my end looked to be exact. I even use professional lights. I apologize if I seemed defensive. I guess I was.💐
