canarygreen And don't worry, I ordered something and shipping was to be free. PM never gets back to me. Another girl damaged my $500 bag and PM had her send it back. I still have not heard from PM. So I am going to just see if PM customer service gets any better. I hope it does because I do enjoy this.

bluffcitystyle Oh my goodness. I have never done this before, but I some how printed your mailing label twice and I not only sent you your dress, but someone else’s order. They both went out that day and both show as shipping to you. I am so embarrassed. I reached out to Poshmark to ask them what to do. Just didn’t want you to be confused if two packages show up.

bluffcitystyle @lovechanel4ever apparently according to the help page on Poshmark, I am not the only goofy person to do this. It says they have a procedure in place so I sent support the mess up and the order information and am awaiting the response. I am so sorry for this confusion.

Once they open up the request, we will be able to issue them a shipping label to ship the item to the correct buyer.
