janieonline hi. I'm one of the few sellers who has NO problem w lowball offers. They let the seller know the buyer is interested, they let the buyer stake out their financial position and they begin a negotiation.Sometimes I CAN accommodate a very low price...I just can't here. Ive used them myself to guage the latitude I have with a seller. But once that info is ferreted out, you bid accordingly. If there is another way I can help you I'd be happy to try. I regret i can't go lower and please you.
