c8ndygr1 OMG, I clean/polish and sanitize all the used shoes I list. AND I provide photos that show the exact condition. They are USED shoes and show signs of having been worn. I know you are new at this. But I strongly recommend you read descriptions thoroughly, ask questions and examine photos carefully before purchasing future items. Your rating markdown and 'cleanliness needs improvement' comment was undeserved. 😡

jmccarthy79 Hi. I purchased the Bonobos Weekday Warrior slacks from you. They say size 30x30, but there actually only 28 inches long when compared side by side to a pair of Bonobos Weekday Warrior slacks that I own. I think it’s possible they may actually be fake because Bonobos have very high quality standards. I’d like to return them. Can you help?

caroline_zhang @jmccarthy79 hi there. I’m sorry for the trouble that you are having. The pants were purchased from Nordstrom so I can 100% tell you that they aren’t fake. They also have never been altered.
