chelseadaul Hi Caroline, I’m so sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with the joules dress I sold you. I was not aware of the broken zipper or incorrect size listed. As I mentioned the hem can be easily removed. If there is a fair way you would like to handle this through Poshmark please let me know. I’ve had perfect ratings to this point and hope to provide others with what they are expecting.
