miz63 Hello Caroline, you just purchased the Black Sloggers from me. I'm getting ready to package them up and the inserts I've washed lightly with mild soap but you can definitely see the imprints of the ball of foot and toes. I know you cannot see them while wearing them but if you need me to send a picture let me know. Otherwise everything else is as described in the post. Thanks, Lori
