favorcorner Good afternoon Carolyn, I wanted to reach out to you to let you know I'm clearing up a shipping issues with your purchase. I was concerned after not receiving the email from the post office that it was on the way but after a visit we have it figured out. It will take a little longer than the two days as I have to get the package back but I plan to turn it around to you immediately. Many apologies for the delay as I'm sure you would like to have them as soon as possible.

favorcorner @caloleary , thank you for your patience! The package will be back on it's way to me tomorrow and as soon as I plan to immediately drop it. You mentioned that this is your first purchase so please know this is DEFINITELY not the norm. Again, I plan to ship this back out to you which I can project to be Monday evening but it's only fair that I let you know you have the option to cancel if you don't want to wait. I will understand if you do.but those new shoes are SUPER cute. :-)

favorcorner @caloleary , the shoes are in route to me and the young lady was not able to get them sent back until Saturday. Hopefully I'll get them tomorrow and I'll put them back in the mail tomorrow. Thanks for your patience!

favorcorner @caloleary , good evening. I wanted to check in with you and make sure you know I haven't forgotten about you. I physically talked to my post office today and I learned an important message.....that the packages don't return as fast as they are shipped. UGH!!! It's in route to me and I have the tracking number but it's coming back at snails pace. I appreciate your patience...and I'm learning patience in this process. :-) +

favorcorner @caloleary , good afternoon. I wanted to provide an update to you. @sfelan13 had returned the package back to me but days later it ended back up on her doorstep. She has agreed for me to send her the label to send it directly to you so as soon as I get her email address I'll send it and hopefully can get it on the way to you. @sfelan13 , thank you again for assisting with this and I'm not sure why USPS sent it back to you after days of it wondering around in lala land.
