canders222 @sanasakinah I am so sorry for the rude comment and reporting you. I have been very busy and stressed lately and this was my first transaction with poshmark. I couldn’t tell what was promotions or actual important information in my inbox. I also didn’t know about the 72 hour rule and I was so busy I didn’t open my package tonight. The only reason I opened it was because rehearsal got out early.

sanasakinah It's ok I understand. Nobody has beaten their self up more than me about this situation. I feel really bad about the mistake. I've spoken to the other buyer whose skirt was switched with yours and Poshmark is having it sent back to me. I'm still waiting to hear back from them about your order. Either way I will make sure I right this wrong.

canders222 Your grace is so admirable. I sent another email to posh mark asking them to unreport you and to take down my rating. I edited the rating, but I would prefer it be taken down all together. I will keep the item you accidentally sent me in it’s plastic wrap and send it back when we know more. I am also sorry about calling your skirt ugly. I was very upset and I don’t like overwhelming prints. I am sure the skirt looked beautiful on you and it would’ve looked beautiful on your other customer.

sanasakinah @canders222 lol it's ok we all go through something that sets us off . It happens. Anyways, I recieved your skirt back. I tried contacting Posh but they really didn't answer any of my concerns. I saw something on here where you could actually contact them even after 3 days about an item. If you want to do that first I'd say give it a try. But I'm willing to send this back to you regardless. If you want me to just send it without involving them I will do so. Just let me know.

sanasakinah @canders222 She actually recieved a refund so it's Ok. Her case was resolved. You can just donate it. I actually had to locate your address so I couldn't send your skirt out on Saturday but I have it now so I'll ship it out tomorrow.
