nste7824 @cloakley you’re welcome! The only process I know for returns is when the item is sold with incorrect detailing provided 😕 ( I had someone sell me something damaged before) . I have an extremely petite wrist so the 5m cable medium I wore typically with my other David Yurman cable bracelets that are 4ms -sizes medium and small- if not it hung lower on my wrist due to size.
