birdclothing Hi did you try charging the headphone? You could of reach out to me first before sending a claim. Try restarting your phone also.

carriecabral11 @robinfitlife I tried a lot of these already but thought I’d try again, and looked up an alternative way to reset. Unfortunately the left earpod is still not working. The issue is that it is on but won’t connect to Bluetooth on any device, and while trying to reset it I noticed that the touch sensor also doesn’t work. Which leads me to believe its an internal issue with the earpod. It probably just came out defective.
