eastmark2018 @tulipsbargins the customer has to approve if the item is just as it was listed in your shop. When they accept and approve the item then poshmark will pay you for the item. If they do and accept the item , they will speak with poshmark and explain why they do not accept the item .

eastmark2018 @tulipsbargins Poshmark will determine if the claim is valid at that point . If the item turns out to be differnt than in the listing, then poshmark will have the item returned back to sender and the payment will not go through. Hope I have explained so you understand
