colleenscache @cmartindunlop Oh Catherine, I am so sorry to hear it. I had just rushed my husband to the emergency room in the wee hours and came home to bubble wrap up the vase to get it to you. I did not have a bigger box and did the best I could to protect it. I am so very sorry. I will definitely take responsibility and you will be refunded. It is not my typical method of operation but I was very distressed. In fact we literally just got discharged and I brought him home. Please accept my apology.

cmartindunlop @colleenscache I am so sorry to hear about your husband. These are indeed stressful times. I hope he is okay. I sent photos to Poshmark, so perhaps they'll see that it was the postal service's fault. The vase was beautiful and would have looked wonderful in my new home.
