ortizr09 Hi Catherine, I got boots yesterday and they look very worn. The leather looks very dull. Not what I was expecting. Your listing said lightly worn and they definitely look worn and are not worth what I paid for them.

cathcatdog I'm sorry you're disappointed, that they're not what you expected. What would you like to do? Or for me to do? I wonder if you could take a pic or two to show what you mean, as there aren't scuffs or scratches on the boots or places the leather is worn thin. And both the insoles and outsoles are intact and IMO in very nice condition. I'm sure we can work something out, though.

bagnanimous Hi Catherine, you asked for a side view pic of my Dansko sandals. I am so embarrassed to say that I can't find them!! They can't have walked themselves out the door but they are not where they should be. I know they will turn up, but I'm going to de-list them until they do.
